I took AP english last year, that was possibly the most l33t class ever. Your epeen will literally explode.

Did your teacher make you read "Profiles in Courage" and "In Cold Blood"?

This one science fiction author, I can't remember his name. He wrote some books about martians that I had to read in english class, and I recall thinking it was the shittiest and most boring hunk of shit shit feces shit poop asshole sauce that I've ever had to read.

Your thinking of the Martian Chronicles most likely, or The Illustrated Man, either one, and those are by Robert Heinlen, who is one of the foremost Science Fiction writers, absolutely awesome.

Lord of the Rings two towers is horridly boring. Got half way through both times and just couldn't finish it.

well besides some of the ones mentions and the required reading in school.

Stephen King's Gerald's Game. It was so boring I stopped reading his books for about 15 years.

Oh and more current books, A lot of the Anne Rice books from the last 10 years. They are so terriblily boring I cant read most of them to the end.

Gerald's Game wasn't his best by far but it wasn't any where near bad enough to put someone off his books for 15 years...
