Now. That is something from Marvel I can get behind.

"It will also have huge ramifications for a number of Avengers that will then carry over into continuity the same way the Joker shooting Barbara Gordon did in "The Killing Joke." This is not just a side story. This is a big Ultron story in continuity. It's going to have huge, lasting ramifications and change the landscape of that character as well as the Avengers."

Let's see if he delivers on that quote. If so, I might be impressed.

I could've gone for a World War Hulk movie, or Planet Hulk for that matter. But, they would have fucked though up probably, so owell. The rest, meh.

Planet Hulk seems like such a hard movie to do. For some reason, I think of a Marvel making something like this:

Yeah dude, Scott Snyder is amazing at telling Horror-esqe stories. You really should check out American Vampire or Severed. Both written by him, both amazing parts of that genre. I am very excited for Wytches.

Also, I always thought some of the big publishers like Marvel or DC would try to prevent their high profile authors from writing stuff at other places.

That's hyping something up waaaaaaaay tooo much. Comparing it to something like that, it's bound to make a few people disappointed.

Scott Snyder's first book he published (Severed) was with Image. Also, he has already expressed his desire to continue doing work HE wants to do. Not what a publisher tells him to do. That's why American Vampire and The Wake are published by DC's Vertigo, because they knew they had good stories on their hands, and wanted to help Snyder continue doing what he wanted to do.

I agree with the hype. But, for someone like me, who doesn't really care for Marvel's way of doing things. I personally would be interested in seeing some real consequences with one of their stories. Let's just see how that ends up working out.

Edit: That's why I enjoyed 'Age of Ultron'. They were able to show multiple timelines where Ultron kills various members of the Avengers/X-Men or whoever was involved, while still keeping a decent story going. Almost like a better version of 'Days of Future Past'. Though, like DOFP, it ended up not mattering in the end... Like most of their stories, everything works itself out. AKA: boring.

Saw all that.

Sounds ok and sounds "I don't care cause the new Spider-Man movies suck and I would never give them another dollar of my money."

Haha. I kinda liked the first Spider-man, I thought the second one was just ridiculous.
Spider-man is what brought and kept me into comics, so I'll probably always give it chances.

Haven't touched it yet, have been overloaded with work related stuff.
I did manage to squeeze a few issues of Preacher in though from my tablet though.
I'm at the part where that bad-ass white cop and that pussy black cop is introduced.

Ah, yes. If I remember correctly, it starts getting really good around then.
