Would have to say tyrion and John snow, as well as Robb stark. I use to like darnaerys but started getting somewhat frustrated with her character towards the last book.
I can't believe it's going to be such a long wait do the winds of winter to be released

I like John Snow. Hoping he will play a big role in the end game.
Arya is one of my favorites but I'm wondering where she will end up.
Tyrion is great too. I hope he ends up on top as the only living Lannister.
Dany is definitely a frustrating character. She needs to stop acting like an entitled princess and start acting like a real khal and destroy everything in her path.

However, there are just so many story lines going on with so much land in between them that I'm failing to see how the hell it's all going to be pulled together. We were told the next two novels will take us farther north than we've ever gone (to the lands of forever winter), so I'm thinking this will be Bran's story line as well as maybe John and Stannis. But what about all the way south with all these new characters introduced and claimants to the throne? There still seems to be a whole lot of story that needs to be told.

I don't really see how the series can be tied up neatly in just 2 more books. No wonder he's having such a hard time coming out with them bc I think he's gotten himself into one epic tangle of stories lol

Halfway through the third book and Tyrion is probably the best chapters to read ATM. The Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth chapters are getting really entertaining as well.

I agree 100%, her chapters were so good at the start and are quickly getting boring, same with Sansa

different natures
I always started to read Daenerys parts with not very into it but at the chapters end i was almost everytime disappointed thet next up wasn't she.

Arya is nice char, but acts way too adult for her age, enjoyed at the start but now when i'm getting in the middle of the fourth book i don't anymore.

I think Samwell Tarly is one of my favorites because he is kinda like me shy, coward but able to perform heroic acts when pushed to the limit, also a clever guy.
then Jaime, Tyrion, Varys, Jaqen H'ghar(mystic man and not even main char but totally cool), Jon Snow, Doran Martell

This is right on the mark the way i see it, and i think Tyrion has a HUGE upper hand in becomming the top lanister as he has Varys on his side, and that guy is an evil genious! Him and little finger make the world go round in these books... And the 4th book did bring with it a lot of problems for him finishing the series... i see some people are not done with these books yet so i will not go into further detail, but he did open himself a nice can of worms there...

I like Brans chapters the most tho, i think he is gonna play a HUGE role in how this all turns out... This is due to the fact that everything is leaning towards Dani saving the world with her dragons and fire which kills the others, just seems too simple... GRRM always takes the long way around the easy problems...
