Chances are he was misusing 'tits or gtfo' -- which gained popularity as a way to deter girls seeking attention and validation in male-spaces online, typically 4chan.

It does not apply to all women, only those who try to make it obvious they are girls (for whatever reason) in places where anonymity is the norm.
