anything by Chuck Palahniuk
if you enjoyed the movie fight club, by david fincher, then you would most likely enjoy chuck's novels (considering he wrote fight club before it was a movie)

i am currently reading through Invisible Monsters as well, but i'm not far enough into it yet to recommend it or not (although i'm sure once i'm finished with it i will)
