SPOILER WARNING STOP READING RIGHT NOW IF YOU HAVENT FINISHED THE BOOK

I finished it a few days ago and Im stuck with only one thing which I dont understand and its kinda bugging me, but what the hell is the flayed child in Harrys mind when hes talking to Dumbledore at Kings Cross at the end?? I thought it might be the part of Harry that is inside Voldemort when he took his blood, but it doesnt really make sense and I don't know why neither of them ever elaborated on the flayed wimping child.

Horcrux

yes it was the horcrux from harry. Voldemort killed harry along with the horcrux(part of he who must not be named soul). Just harry was able to come back to his body. It was showing you what will happen to evil people when they die.

wrong, Voldemort did NOT kill Harry along with the horcrux. The horcrux, the part of voldemort, was destroyed, but the rest of Harry still lived because of harrys horcrux, sort of speaking, inside Voldemort. Proof? If Harry had actually died, Voldemort would have been made the true owner of the Elder Staff, and thus the duel would have gone haywire and the worlds falls into darkness etc.

Anyways, you guys arent listening to what im saying. It couldn't have been VOLDEMORTS horcrux, the flayed child, because at this point, within the dream, that horcrux is destroyed. Why? Because Voldemort already cast the avada kedavra, and instantanious death which lead to Harrys mind conversation, and afterward[/] the flayed child remained.

I still support my first theory. This is the Part of Harry which is inside Voldemort, [i]Harry's
"Horcrux" which was created when Voldemort took his blood back in bk 4. It is the only remaining explanation.

EDIT: nevermind dragoncore, You ARE understanding with what I said and you agree its HARRYS horcrux, thus the reason he came back ofc. I thought you were reffering to Voldemorts. But I dont get what happens to bad people when they die?

Harry is a Horcrux, and he wanted to die, for that Voldemort only could kill the Horcrux inside Harry and he could survive and kill him.

no, your an idiot, didnt you read what I just said. Fuck, didn't you read the book? Why are you making up your own shit? The reason Harry survived was because of the blood Pettigrew took from Harry after the duel in book 4, thus Harry endures while Voldemort tries to kill him. Like dumbledore said its the same thing about Voldemort but backwards, as long as Harry lived Voldemort couldnt die.

Its not because he wanted to die lol

look bro u have one thing wrong. Harry IS one of voldemort's horcrux's that is why voldemort went to almost nothingness when he tryed to kill harry the first time. that is because it created another horcrux and made voldemort's soul unstable. If you read corrected Dumbledore said that. Now im not disagreeing with you that the blood inside voldemort of harry's was a horcrux for harry but Harry did have to die also because he was a horcrux for voldemort so he had to be destroyed just like the others. Harry's horcrux inside voldemort was just a way that allowed harry to come back. So calm down and concentrate and you will understand. Anger clouds your thoughts

You ask a question, and when people tell you what they think, you get all angry at them.
If you already think you know the answer why ask in the first place?

No, I totally understand that Harry IS one of voldemorts horcruxes, where did I contradict that?? Thats the only thing we are all agreeing on here. When Voldemort tried to kill Harry he destroyed his own horcrux and he felt it, we agree. When Voldemort killed Harrys parents, and tried to kill Harry he made a horcrux and made his soul unstable, we agree, but I dont think this is the reason he went on a 16 year dormance, as he had already made horcruxes alot quicker and painlessly before? It could be he wasnt prepared for Harrys horcrux... But, I still disagree with you saying that HARRY HAD TO DIE, because as I said if Harry had died Voldemort would have been the owner of the Elder Wand and the duel would not have gone to Harrys advantage... Harry never died, only the horcrux's part of Harry was destroyed.

I am calm, and I still feel as if nobody is following what I am saying. And nobody is telling me what parts of my theorys are incorrect, you just keep repeating the same stuff over and over again. Anyways, sorry for being blunt or insensitive.

First of all, I have a theory, this theory has no evidence and is based solely on probability and opinion. I am looking for people to tell me why the theory is wrong, or why they think its right, or to come up with a new theory. When they do come up with a new theory (on the spot, for the sake of posting), it is a repetitive theory, that has been discussed and dismissed. Its like I said "The answer is not this, so dont say this", and then people pop up and say "this" "this" "this".

Anyways, to answer your question more literally, "if you arleady THINK you know the answer, why ask in the first place?" Well the answer is confirmation or contradiction.

Im not trying to be an ass, its just frustrating.

It could also be Voldemort himself. Remember when harry decided to go back, he saw that Voldemort had collapsed, so the creature could have been what Voldemort was, before he made the potion to give himself a full body.

YS. It's the one broken piece of soul(horcrux) that was inside Harry. It's a piece of Voldemort; a very small part of his soul. This is why Dumbledore says there is no point in helping him. Also, this is why when Harry returns to consciousness, Voldemort is on the ground too, having apparently just waken up, himself. This is because he and Harry were both at King's Cross, bcause they were both knocked out.

My theory, as to what the 'flayed child' is, is what Tom Riddle (Voldemort) will soon become. Take note that before Riddle was defeated, Harry told him to "think, and try for some remorse, Riddle..." In my opinion, Harry has seen what will, in the end, become of Voldemort, and so he is warning him.
