Just don't read the Shadow series. I wish there was a way that you could unread things, I hate how they undermined Ender's character throughout.

And i really can't believe that nobody mentioned Philip K. Dick... His books are all very amazing and were used for movies like blade runner, matrix, total recall, minority report and so on.

My favorite Sci-Fi book must be Solaris from Stanislaw Lem tho. It's enlightening.

I haven't seen any mention of Neal Stephenson though. Does cyberpunk not count as sci-fi? :cry:
