Sounds like a good book, I'll most likely order it later and see if it's good.

Thanks biggrin.gif

If you like middle-school, teenage driven story lines, go for it.

i loved this book. It reminded me of A Walk to Remember and i don't think was at all for middle schoolers. It's extremely simple to read but good book don't need to require a dictionary and a translator to go along with it. It was a sad ending because i hope the boy would see how useless it was to want the approval of others when this amazing person was standing in front of him and then she just leaves. i read it quite some time ago but i don't think she was Christian, please correct me if i'm wrong.

If she was Christian i don't remember it being a main theme of the book, faith and all. She was still a good person and i think was the type of person everyone should be. She didn't care about what other's thought of her but cared about others. She was spur of the moment and eventful, exciting and interesting. Actually was her routine in class the one wear she laid the tablecloth on her desk then a Bible on top? i can't remember whether it was the Bible or flowers. i love love loved the book and sooo wanted to be like her. i wish everyone was like her. Without all of the television telling us to do this an that and other people influencing what they think we should do.

She just did her own thing and was happy, and wasn't even spiteful of others when they talked about her. She was always kind. Genuine kindness. i've never met someone like Stargirl :]
