Ender's game is basically the ONLY awesome thing Card has written... I read this book to my 6th graders each year and leave out about 9 sentences or so... I can't say it's entirely appropriate/written for children.

No one liked the Worthing Saga or Homeboy or anything else he's ever written?

Everything else is essentially Mormon propaganda. That's part of the reason I've grown to hate him and his writing.

Might want to try Worthing Saga if you have some time, its definitely different then the Ender and Bean series. Could not find any resemblance to any sort of propaganda.

Can any of you guys give any examples you have personally found? I noticed a few bits in First Encounters, but it was very subtle.

Well, for example, the Homecoming series is modeled directly after the Book of Mormon. Not sure what First Encounters is.

Meant First Meetings, my fault.

Was it a good book non-the-less? I do need to catch up on my summer readings.
