Are the books worth the read?
I'm too much of an impatient gimboid to wait for the TV series.

It's $9.99 a book on iTunes, but the temptation is still there.

yes, if you like the show, and you have the patience for all the plot development, then yes.

Out of my 50 or so friends that saw the show and read the books, every single one of them liked the books way better (including me)

Honestly I found the book and show on equal levels. I felt the book obviously went into more details than the show, but that is only expected. The show did a good job "following" the story for the most part and making what I found to be acceptable changes in order to fit everything in a given amount of time. -But thats just my opinion!

Yes worth your money! Also i bought 4 of the books (paperback) for 15$ on Amazon. (Cheaper than 10$/each on Itunes)

If you want to do the ebooks instead of buying hard copies, you should see if your library has ebooks, save yourself some money.
At least try them before buying.
