Who is your favorite and why?

David Gemmell because he describes everything so well and the character personalities are so awesome

Probably Ken Follett

Fiction books, but in "real world" and well-researched settings, he painstakingly researches the times, cultures, customs, etc, when he writes a book

Kurt Vonnegut.

His satire and science fiction writing just does it for me.

Because he makes everyting seen so real even though his books are fiction there is so much detail in them

you gotta expand what you read, paolini is good but he is also young, there are many authors who write better
