Has anybody read this series? If so, lets discuss. I just finished the Naked Empire...and starting on Chainfire.

First couple of books were ok, they get boring very fast though.

Nothing. You obviously need years of counseling before you're fit to mingle with the rest of the world. Proceed to the nearest reeducation camp. And remember...its for your own good.

people freak out about his extreme attention to detail in the torture department. (Goodkind is obviously into S&M).
if you can stomach past the first couple books and their shock value, its a good series. i believe that he's a pretty good storyteller

Meh, his "torture" scenes aren't as violent as most of the battle scenes in Prince of Nothing.
