Pics are straight from facebook but the overall look is the same. Something just seems off. Any tips/comments?
This is the first time using my Tokina 11-16mm
The first two seem really grainy or something but my ISO was only at 400 I believe.

sometimes its all about interesting subject matter. unfortunately from what it looks, that is not a very unique or terribly interesting bridge and riverbank.

#1 has a better composition; you could try increasing the exposure time to get the wispy flowing water effect, you could lower/raise the POV and play with angles, perhaps post effects to give it a different mood. a 11-16mm is wide angle, right? and those type of expansive landscapes get the most out of it.
