hi photo forum!

It's been a VERY long time last I post a picture here... recently have taken some, and thought to share one of my fav's.

It's more of a personal photo than anything, as I'm in school for this type of work. There was a photo contest going around school, and I thought to just have fun with my camera again :D.

Hate how Flickr changed the links... had to dig a little to figure it out.

And it feels like after all this time you still have no clue what or how to fix white balance.

hehe i was gonna say it looked a little off too, needles and a sterile white would be much better.

How would I change it? Which white balance setting? It's nice to receive some info how to fix it too. No one said after all this time I should be pro by now. My priorities have changed a lot.
Honestly, I totally forgot about white balance all together when using my camera, it's been that long since I've really used my camera in a more serious way... I didn't really clarify that in the first post. I feel like I've gone back to noob stage since then.

The floor of the laminar air flow hood I was using is silver, and the back wall is white. It was hard to figure out the light. Sometimes when I changed some settings I would get a strange much orangy color out of it. I was honestly trying for a photo of how it actually looks like in an environment like this.. it's hard for everyone to know that, though. Here's another of the setting.

I do have LR, yes. I actually edited it a little there - but not much. I'll maybe have another look at it, see what I can play around with :D. Perhaps I'll make it appear more white than this grey off color.
