What's the best Android photography apps out there right now? (Manual photo programs, specialty programs, and in-phone editing programs)?

I saw a couple HDR programs which kind-of sucked. One didn't do real HDR, the other took two exposures and didn't do a good job of it.

I only do casual shots with my phone, so I don't edit on my computer unless if there's a *really* good reason to do so.
