It should be really simple. I just think I'm retarded or something.
I imported photos from my iPhone to iTunes, but I haven't used iTunes in ages.
I have absolutely no clue where it put the photos. The onlyphotos it shows me having
are random photos I have on my computer, not the ones I imported.
Someone please help me figure this out, its been a pain in my ass.

I don't know if iTunes handles photos the same way it handles music, but it tends to 'trap' music into the program so that you can't access it through Windows Explorer at all. I suppose that's their form of keeping you from pirating it. So, if that's the case, then I'd look inside iTunes itself and maybe find another way to transfer your photos to your computer.
