I dont understand why picture like this one below is just 16x12 cm (~ 7x5 inches) as a print.
Also is it possible to print it as it is on my screen or resize it without losing its quality?

You can print it larger. Either change how it is scaled or change the dots per inch. 300 DPI would probably be whats its using now to give it the 7x5. A lower number makes for a bigger picture but the quality will diminish.
What program are you trying to print from?

you can print a picture any size you want
You just need to consider the print settings as well as the paper source.
And i hope your not trying to print this picture cause front wheel drive on a car is great
far better than one rear wheel drive.
Drive wheels where the weight is
on car - Front
on bunny - back
