I want to print a couple of my photos and frame them for a christmas gift but Im not really experienced with printing photos.
I know Walmart will print them but Im concerned with their quality. I really dont need something super fancy so Walmart may do just fine but I figured Id get some input.
Any suggestions?

Find a local photostore and talk to them?
Also you could try few with Walmart to actually see what they do. If it fits your needs then what else you need.
From what i have experienced here ( regular quick print shops) is that you have to be very strict with what you want and tell them that. Happens often that people working there are not much smarter than you are.
You can also fix your photos at home, resize etc and tell them not to touch anything and print as it is.
