Top left has some harsh lighting on the guys face. I would like to see his face a bit brighter with the right side not being as overexposed.
Top right is nice aside from a kinda weird smile and shadow across his face (from nose)
Bottom left looks good but that black water doesnt look fun to walk in bare foot, lol. I also would have liked to see a version with a narrower DOF. The current background seems a little distracting to me.
Bottom right looks nice. Only thing that I could possibly critique is that the focus looks a hair off (maybe its just me).

Overall I like them and dont take my comments as too negative, I was just trying to point out things that I thought could be better. Im pretty novice myself so take anything I say with a grain of salt too.

Thanks man will take all that into consideration! The water seems black because the sand was wet and dark!
