The picture I found on Google is below. It's resolution is 2560x1600. So what's the largest poster I can get while still keeping a really sharp image?

Depends on how far away you plan on being from the posted. 300 DPI would be pretty sharp for fairly close viewing but if you never plan on getting closer than several feet away you could go as low as 100 DPI
