work on:

shadows (try to better position your main subject. Shave would be nice)
subject (if subject has hangover try to ask if he can come back next day)
subject in reflection (try to look from creative point of view (left side of your brain) there is nothing interesting in a guy smoking a fag)
light (use day light as a main source (it's free so use it!!) and add reflector or something to open up a shadows)

over all waste of nikon d3000 capabilities not a specialist but looks like a normal snap shot.

Tank you for your opinion i guess i should take more time with the lighting etc nett time
