So, I want a good all around lens for shooting. I have some people who are interested in portraits or "Modeling" As they like to call it.
I bought a 50mm 1.8 and that is the only one I have for now.

I am wondering what other lenses would be good for this. I am gonna be looking for a used one since I don't wanna blow a large amount on one lens right now.
I shoot a Canon 7D

Also, my first shots and gif made with this camera. Its pretty neat so far. This was just testing on the Continuous shots. Have done a few others I may upload as far as still life goes.

oh and these two are meh but fun so far. I have so much to learn and I couldn't be happier about it!

google photography framing and study it religiously. framing should become second nature when taking a photo.

on another note that cat picture is not so great. the framing is distracting and it seems nothing is in focus.

also when uploading for us to view, unless it needs high res it is generally better to downsize the photo in photoshop to something large enough to keep detail but small enough its not annoying to look at.

I did, I thought I downsized more than I did when I messed with these.
Thanks for the tips.

Btw I want a wide angle lens for skateboarding, filming and pictures. That is my main concern right now.
