I currently own an X-370 and it has been my go to camera for any and all 35mm film. If you get a good one, they are amazing, however, the lenses can't be used properly on any current DSLR. If you want to at some point use your film lenses on a digital SLR, I would recommend going with Nikon. Nikon hasn't changed their lens mount in many years, so lenses that work with cameras like the F3 will still work with the new Nikon DSLR.
When it comes to film cameras, the different manufacturers don't make that big of a difference. With DSLRs, the sensors are made by each individual company, however when it comes to film, your 'sensor' is whatever film you pick. As long as the optics are decent, which its hard to find a popular brand that isn't, you don't really have to worry. In truth, the camera being in good condition makes the photo. I have three Canon film SLRs and my X-370 out shoots them all because its in amazing condition.
Whatever you do decide to get, be certain that it works and the elements are all in good condition before you buy.

oh...its getting expensive to develop film these days...:(
i dont know anything about those 2 minoltas but i can recommend pentax k1000 or an EOS mount canon, its cheap and easy to find accessories.
sorry cant help ya with your decision though.
Film isn't that expensive to develop really. I bought $40 worth of chemicals and I've made them last over 40 rolls, including a few 4x5 sheets, and 4 or 5 220 rolls. I've paid much more for the film itself than developing it. Unless you shoot in color I suppose.
