So. after i took several pictures i realised all had a black stain on them as you will see in the picture above.
I tried to clean the lense but doesn't go.
This is on my compact sony dsc w310 which I carry all the time in my pocket since I don't wana miss a great shot whenever I can't take my DSLR.
So since is such a small lense I can't see if is a scratch or wtf is it that's ruining my pics. Due to the lense buit I doubt that a dust in the interior but..
Would like some opinions. I want to fix this because replacing the lense would cost me almost as much as a new one.

looks like a smudge to me, as its too soft and smooth edges to be a scratch

thought the same..but why doesn't come off. I bought a cleaning solution and no result. could be on the other side? althou how could it go in since the lens can not be removed without opening the camera
i checked the lense with a flash and a close up and coudn't spot anything :/

Does your lens have an optical zoom?

If it does, and the mark remains at all focal lengths then its probably hair on the sensor or in an inner element of the lens. That is what it looks like to me.

Unfortunately unless you buy a weather sealed camera this can happen.

it does have. but in order to open the camera and have access to the lens i need to open every piece of it. you might be right but then i have another issue. If i take it to a service will cost me half of it's price.. won't worth.

- this is the one.
