Definitely looks shopped to me.

The shadow is too sharp for overcast light. Frontal lighting evens out the sun light which should kill the shadow.

He looks totally underdressed for that climate. I'm in Poland, and it's -10 right now and I wouldn't even go outside like that, and it looks fucking cold there.

He looks too small in the picture, the perspective is off.

The highlight on his right side is too narrow and perfect, same goes for the highlight on his right cheek. Classic flash look.

etc etc

Just have to take liths word for it I guess  I suck with things like that.

Like with this image, she looked too perfect to be true. And obviously in some freezing ass conditions. Shes just a stellar model with a great photographer though.

The plane of focus looks odd, it is mainly behind her, which doesn't seem to match her focus.

the lighting doesnt even match the scenery.
the prospective doesnt work shes too flat.
theres no tiny details and smaller details are blurry from blur tool, eg parts of the dress/hair

The photographer didnt just use natural light.

I dont doubt for a second that she was there.

She has making ofs on a ton of her photos, if it was a manip she would say so. Look at her page on dA, her name is Aiisi.

what puts me off is the focus, there are 2 distinct areas of focus, 1on the model ofc and the other a few metres behind
