I wanna record some video and make it slow motion so i was looking for high fps video camera. I heard casio makes one for around 100-200 that shoots in 1000fps?

Also has a 1/40.000 shutter speed on pics, but costs 1055$.

Doesn't seem like you will be able to find a 1000 fps cam to 100-200$, but holy shit do I want the one I linked above

depends on what you want and whats your budget rly.. you can go only so far with twixtor in after effects if you are aware of how to shoot the scene properly for twixtor.
