I don't really see an 'effect' there. All I see is a light being focused on the dog.

Maybe photoshopped to make the guy seem even more shadowed, but there's no particular effect being used in this photo.

+ film noise and flare.

It's a gay grainy wanna be film edit, might as well be Instagram.

That's a weird photo.. could be instagram, otherwise it's probably photoshopped, some small star-brushing and a little darkening on the guy..

I'm not an expert, but the focus seems... off.

prolly a image with a nebula imagge set overtop set to lighten then some spot lighting effects and grain amplified.

nothing special really.
