I actually prefer the color version, but either way it's a very nice picture. It almost looks more like CG than a real photo, but I like that. =-]

Hey thanks, yeah I thought it seemed more dramatic this way and that the clouds really came to life desaturated, I may also still try fiddling around with a better color ver.

Okay, here is it in color with it all straight as well.
I'm trying to reduce the "halo" around the building but its proving to be difficult!

Yeesh, its so HDR that it almost looks like a manip.

The whole point of HDR is to look HDR isnt it ;p

Any chance you could post the original image minus the HDR? Just for a comparison?

No.

I find the best HDR images are the ones where you wonder if its HDR or not.

i dont see any point in that, we all probably know how it looks without bad hdr .

and a basic mistake is you have cut the bottom of the building off so feels like we are missing something
