I'm not a pro ; just someone who likes photography. So, any tips for me ? What do you think ? :)

I think the bottom one is your best, but there's a lot of empty space in the top-right corner, and it causes me to look there, but it's just clouds. =-\

The first one would be nicer if it was lightened and had more contrast. It looks very flat as it is.

I don't like the second one at all.

Pretty much this.
You shouldn't ever point your camera directly at the sun also because it burns the lens. On top of that, the flares came out odd and caused gross noise.
You might be able to adjust your first picture in Photoshop or something to make it out better!
But overall, third one is your strongest.
