If you're not just trollin' with these, I do have to say I actually really like them.

I haven't even glanced in this section in a long time, and it looks like there's a few cobwebs layin' around here. But this thread, perhaps made me look back into my own life.
It should ALWAYS be about doing something you ENJOY, you have 18 views in this thread and 0 replies, and I know for a fact, that you yourself know, these photos aren't really amazing.

There's a million different techniques, genre's, types, whatever the hell you want to call there, photography is huge, and knowing what everything is, means, looks like, etc. takes longer than you can know.
I'm not professional, fuck, my 7d w/ 1.2's is sitting in the closer in a national geographic pack bag, with some flashes, strobes etc.

Truth be told, I've used it ONCE so far this year. ONCE. Pretty shitty eh. I do work at The Camera Store however, and majority of my time is spent keeping up to date with
recent news, pretty much anything in the photography world (which is becoming bigger and bigger) I teach camera's, and barely ever get to pick up my own.

So truth be out, these are damn amazing. The photo's are beautiful pieces some may call "art" but I'm really hoping the reason you went out, crouched down perhaps even laid on the ground
to take some FUN photos of your dog, which you enjoyed, reviewing back these photos loving the emotion, not perhaps presented right in the picture, but something you connect to.
Print em, frame up, throw em in an album one day, and perhaps in 20 years you'll look back and remember these as your first shots.

Want to know the actual discounts I get???

10% off hardware (Camera's, lenses, flashes, printers, computers)
25% off accessories (Batteries, memory cards, printer ink, computer acc. eg. Spyder's)
50% off all imaging (Printing, enlargements etc.) (Excludes canvases / flatwork mounting)
30% off canvases / flatwork mounting etc.

It's a joke really.

Sucks, youd think you would get more off of lenses and such..at least at cost.

Well if you think about it, most company's wouldn't always want to make top profit on the expensive things. But still 10% is still a pretty good discount.

Yup, I love taking pictures even though I don't have the best camera or the best technique. I love the idea of being able to capture moments as they happen and having them forever.

And yes, I did just go outside just to take pictures just because it was beautiful outside and my dog was really hyper haha.

Thanks for the kind words. I'd love to be able to get more into photography but I know that photographers are a dime a dozen, and the chance of making a career out of it really isn't that big.

Your pup is definitely cute! I remember these shots you took being my first shots too. But you had a good feeling while taking these shots, right? That's all that matters. As long as you enjoyed yourself, perhaps you can practice and get better. Doesn't need to be a career, but enjoy it as a hobby, that's what I do! :) I don't care if I'm the worst or the best, or whatever, I enjoy it.

Yeah! I was laughing and just laying on the ground. I was trying to find some bugs to take pictures of, but this damn potato beetle or whatever kept burrowing every time I got close.
