Don't dump this on us, were are not /r/

to make this picture decent it would need to be straightened right?
This means skewing/perspective in Photoshop.
Then the lens flares/spots/whatever thy are would need to be taken out with some stamp tool work.
Not all that hard, but its def worth some fg.
