Hi All,

I have started doing macro photos as a something new to do,
has anyone got some good tips? I have tried the bubbles one on items already but my results suck,
will probably try again tonight though.

examples would be inspirational too!

that lens isnt really a macro lens so u not gonna get great bug shots etc
but if you do wanna get shots of bugs, but the pesky things wont keep still, catch them and put them in the freezer for a few second (really only a few seconds); as they are cold blooded this will slow them right down and u can get your shot

Id suggest, bright sunlight whit a fast shutter low iso and an open aperture.
The faster shutter speed the better u can do macro on moving things.
You want an open aperture for macro so you can get a good depth of field.
