as long as I´m bored.

I dont want to imply that I´m so awesome at post editing that you guys need my help, so dont think that. I just want to get used to my new macbook and the new photoshop experience. Plus, I havent gotten around to shooting myself lately, so I thought I´d offer you the chance to let some1 else do the work for you.

Feel free to post any kinds of photos you want post processed. You might also suggest a direction for your edit.

If you are not interested in this, just let me know and I wont bother following this post :)

Oh yes, I will be taking advantage of this. Just did a little shoot with the bebe.

Still in raw though, and I took like 100 pictures so who knows when Ill actually post any :lol:

too be honest xan........ I love the shots as they are. Are they straight out of camera? I like the toning already and the light, aswell as the dof. The first would be even better if the hand was sharp imO. I can give it a try but if you ask me they need close to no editing anymore.
And whle we are at it.... those shots prove how quickly you have gotten better with what you´re doing. I´m proud of you! Keep it up!

Thanks rookie..I just got all warm and fuzzy inside :lol: They arent sooc, I did my normal editing in raw, and curves and such. I kept doing color balances but I felt like the colors just werent right =/ Is it just me or are there purple tones?

Yeah this 50mm is crazy about focusing, I like it a lot but I definitely need another lens..maybe a wide angle or something. A lot of shots ended up pretty blurry, I kept having to back up.

Well I still like how you edit..you get really cool tones on yours. So Id still kind of like to see what you can do, if thats cool. Thanks again, that made my day :D!

the shots were a little bit cold. actually that´s fine if you wanted to show how cold the bath was for the baby :D

If you want it to be warmer. almost like in a sauna or something, I´d prolly go for something like this:




I did that on my PC afterall, because it was a quicky and I need some sleep. I´ll give that second one a try tomorrow darling.

Yeah that looks better to me, almost golden. I always up the temperature in raw but my shots still end up cold..I have no eye for my own pictures lol.

I think the higher contrast goes well with the use of dof aswell. you´re welcome.

This would be my class:

Step 1: Buy cheap crap that passes for expensive props
Step 2: Place props and subject in front of an open door and shoot

Done :lol:
