Elo everyone,

i'm new to photography, never really had any ambitions to photograph something.

But now that i'm kind of in the mood of shooting, i'll buy a camera.

Which one will be the best to start off with?

I did some research and found out that the Nikon L120 is a pretty cool camera, tho it's a bridgecam.

Costs like 200 Euroes.

now my question : Is there any better camera for like 300 euroes i can get ?

There is no such thing as the best camera to start photography with.

For Digital:
Can't really recommend anyone brand. I use Nikon , I am very happy with it for what I do , some people like them but most on this board don't like the Nikon Digital (except the DSLRs). Sony, Canon, and Minolta I hear are good brands, other people can fill you in on that.
