G12 coz its better

s100

Which One Would You Buy And Why

If i'm getting a compact, i want it to be compact, not half way between dslr and a compact.

-Digic 5 processor
-Better IQ compared and ISO performance compared to the G12 which uses the same CCD sensor as the s95. The s100 has a CMOS sensor.
-3 stop ND just like the G12 built in.
-f/2.0 on wide end on the s100 vs f.2.8 for G12

Though i have to note that the g12 has the better shutter duration at 1/4000 compared to 1/2000 for s100/

Also s100 has full hd video.
Only thing is that g12 has shoe for external flash which is a really good thing.
Also no viewfinder on s100.
