Was bored at work a few months back and read an article and tutorial about the Orton Effect, which is a blend of 2 images, one in focus, and one not in focus.
So I used this picture I took yesterday and created a layer with Gaussian Blur.
Used Multiply to blend the 2 and got this image.
I really like the result! Especially since I didn't have a tripod with me....

that is a cool effect, kinda surreal

would suggest you cut the top portion off, where you see the man made gate
it ruins the natural beauty of the shot

the top part of it is unnecessary imo (as jayandnix said above) :)

Did you have to use a tripod to make sure the same two photos were identical?
