I am Gulio and I manage a blog on architecture.
We are still a small blog but we are growing every month. To create our niche we've started a project that I find very interesting and we call the "photo of the day." is very simple, every day (or almost) we'll post an image that we consider interesting and stimulating accompanied with a few lines of description. We are having a good flow of people as a response to this initiative, which gives me hope.
Now comes the fun!
Just to make this initiative more challenging I would like to involve some photographers, professional or not to participate on our blog. A stimulus for you in your search through the archives or take something fresh about issues related to: art, architecture, sculpture, design and urban design of cities. Themes that espouse the philosophy of the blog and that should make us reflect on the memories of the past and the evolution of art and cities of today.
Obviously for each photo will be clearly explain to the author, and, if you like, you can write a few lines of description and photography. You can post your photo here or via email.

What you gain? nothing.
You will not be paid in any way by anyone but you will have the opportunity to give visibility to your work. Obviously you're not Ansel Adams and we're not the New York Times. Of course the audience is not very great, but definitely we will give a certain visibility to your photos.

Now some numbers:
Currently we have a facebook profile with 5000 contacts, a page with about 3 "like", a twitter account followed by nearly 500 people and an average daily flow of 120 unique visitors on blog. Certainly there are still small numbers, but with your help, if you will, will increase soon.

If you want some clarification i am everiday online on this forum, or u can contact me on this email: archsymbol@gmail.com

the pantheon in rome is a "classic". I think that anyone in Rome has taken a picture of it.

I am sorry to find that my little proposal has not been followed. thanks anyway for your interest.

how do you usually wish the good of a photographer? good photos? Regardless of how you do that i will wish good luck to you all.

p.s. it is understandable what I wrote?
