well its a pretty fast shutter and u didnt hit the focus just on point.
make sure to tuck ur elbows into ur ribs/tits, and really follow through and dont hesitate as u press the shutter. i press and hold and burst fire through the object passing. i dont use the viewfinder as much, just with my other eye follow the subject as close as possible to the matched speed of travel.
also, ur background is overexposed intensly. try to find a scene with less dynamic range. also the cars are really distracting,
