well, i've been looking at the canon g11 and g12 but i cant really decide which one to go with. is going from 11 to 12 worth the extra money? or, should i be going with a different camera altogether? i'm looking for a good point and shoot to take when i travel. any imput would be appreciated, thanks!

i've been doing some more research, and it seems that the canon s95 has almost identical features to the g11. does anyone know which one has better picture quality?

S95 has better dynamic range, but more grain @ high iso.

Other than that, its up to what you want to do with it. just shoot on auto or try some features of the G series.

Just look at the tables and find out whats important for you.

the G series is amazing, i have used the g9 and g11
