What I want? This:

A full screen picture viewing with black background that you can zoom in and out with the scroll wheel.
Also with a VERY small bar (if possible that you can move to a different place and transparent) with buttons such as: Delete, next, previous, zoom in, zoom out, turn right 45', turn left 45'.

What program is this?? :(

Google Picasa? It handles RAW format photos very poorly, but I use it to view my photos before opening in LR or PS.

I was going to suggest picasa as well, very simple nice looking program.

- Zoner Photo Studio Professional

3 in my opinion best viewers out there.
