So i decided to do this again after attending Alex's workshop the past week. Used what i learn for another attempt at a tricky subject. It's so hard to control the reflections, i've done all i can and i just can't figure out a couple of dark spots on the rim. I have no idea what's causing it and kinda gave up, this is what i came up with so far. C&C? (Yes, i know the watch is semi-dirty/ scuffed)

While the technical aspects of this shot are excellent, composition and creativity are seriously lacking. Got any others?

Nope. I just kept tweaking lighting until I got the final image. :S. Not many ways I can position the watch.

Needs more visual research. Do you read fashion / men's magazines for visual research?

It was intentionally made dark with the sharp light fallout. Adds drama.

Looking for some clear/ translucent nylon lines to hang the watch. Gonna run to the fabric store in a little.

Haha, the 10:10 thing. Alex told me that but i forgot. I was trying to replicate what he did really. Except his shot blows mine out of the water.

Oh nice, that really pops out at you o_o But really, that one looks way more expensive so thats probably a big reason that it looks better (no offense if thats your watch up there, lol)
