Duck photos are really nice not diging the first one though. Just curious what camera lens tripod or no?
The first one is pretty bukkeah dont get me wrong.
What does bukkeah mean?
I didn't use a tripod at all. Sigma 10-20 and Canon rebel xti.
And the duck photos were with the 70-200mm

I so hate wide angle lenses for a reason... I don't like when trees or buildings are difformed or in the wrong angle... but that's me

The last geese photo is awesome! With the one showing its butt as if it was saying 'here's what I think about you and your pictures' haha!!
SOmething I do when I shoot animals or people in/on water, I boost the exposure +1/3 or +2/3.. ofc the water will appear a little overexposed, but the subject will not lose the details in the darker area.. and I'm sure you can do something about the water in the post processing

Where is this btw?
I love the house!!

Yes, the wide angle likes to distort, I was kind of going for that crazy look in the first one, I loved all the trees with the house. I will think of doing the +1/3 or +2/3 if I knew what that was, I am confused on even how to go about changing that.
This is taken in Cypress Hills, Sask - Where I went camping for the weekend. It's about 3 - 4 hours away from where I am now! Thanks for the comment Marie!
