Talked shop for about 2 1/2 hours. He brought out a 1ds-III 5d-II 7d 60d and t1i to show me. For lenses, he brought the newest 70-200 2.8, 100-400, landscape one (can't remember the exact stats, I believe 16-35), then multiple EF-s lenses since I'm in the market for a smaller body.

I had a blast trying out each of them on each body. Learned a shitload. He's getting me an "employee discount" on pretty much whatever I want, which will likely be a t1i/18-135 body/lens combo. I'm just waiting for him to get me the employee price sheet.

Overall, killer time. He showed me pics that he had taken at last years world cup and the last Olympics.

I've only posted here a couple times over the last month. I'm a graphic/web designer looking to get into photography. Like I said in the above post, I'll likely be purchasing a t1i + a lens depending on the price he can give me.
