Then you may as well forgo the lens and just get a set of filters or something.

get a reverse ring for £5

however they are rubbish and focusing can be a pain.

for a low budget i would suggest a tamron 90mm 1:1

or even a sigma 50mm macro

but even those will be slightly over budget. but they are TRUE 1:1 macro lens and will provide you with professional quality shots. the 50 mm sigma will be easy extended by bellows due to the short focal range (for 2:1 macro you will only need to extend 50mm)

if you are going to use an reverse ring, use manual focus lens with aperture ring or you will have way too much hassle changing the aperture. or then just buy some old/cheap canon fd macro lens and get an converter without optics in it(that will make it even more close focus, but unable to focus to infinity). you should be able to find some fd macro lens and converter for about 100-200$, or just find some m42 macro lens. thats absolutely the best way to do it, if you cant afford proper Af macro lenses(which i doubt with that budget). reverse rings or cheap extension tubes without electrics(more expensive tubes with electrics lets you use the lens normally(af and changing aperture)) are way too much hassle to use, they do the job, but changing the aperture is really pain in the ass.
