Hello fellow members of the Photography forum. We have alot of interesting pictures this time around. This is the 7th contest and i felt that everyone should know the rules by now.

Photo #1 :
I enjoy the candidness of the photo, and the rather extreme bokeh, and the quality in general. It was very wonderfully exposed, and the composition is excellent. I give it a 6/10.

What I don't like:
This photo barely makes it into the contest theme. Most of us will actually have to scroll down to see that he is in fact, on a horse. I wish you would've gotten just a tad bit more. Additionally, the photo seems a little soft (did you crop?). I also would prefer for you to darken the edges just a tad bit to create an emphasis on the man. At any rate, this is a lovely submission.

Photo #2:
I don't think this fits into the theme too well, so I will not comment.

Photo #3:
Kid looks like me when I was a baby. This is original as fuck - while keeping within the rules (of sizing), you provided a set. I'm sure we will be seeing 'sets' in the future. GREAT IDEA!! Composition on these is excellent.
8/10 overall because kid looks like me. 10/10 for contest theme.

Photo #4:
Composition is excellent. It fits well into the theme. I love the creamy noise. What I don't like: the dark eyes, the photo itself is very dark / underexposed. I would have preferred it in black and white. :P

Photo #5:
wow... 10/10 in theme and IQ and post editing and composition. I LOVE the way you handled the noise in this photo. You can obviously tell she's in a dressing room, trying out a dress. This tells a huge story within itself. The composition of this (strange 1:1-ish crop) is SEXY. I LOVE how you only got her lips/chin and left out the rest, which, along with the way the chain glitters in just the perfect spots, it adds some serious classy-ness. Finally, she's got a very attractive body, and the angle you shot this in very effectively captured that.

Picture #6:
10/10 for theme follow. Some guy is leaving a church / building, saying bye. Composition, IQ, light dynamics, and the general 'spark' of the photo is lacking. Whoever took this photo should PM me so I can give him my ideas about editing this photo.

I agree with just about all of this, with a few exceptions. One thing I REALLY agree with is that I wish #1 had gotten more of the horse. I dont really think 4 fits the theme, just because I dont really get the "environmental" part of it. Where is he?

5..I dont get the crop at all. And this will sound totally shallow, but my eyes will not leave that mole o_o 6 is odd to me, I go back and forth between thinking it looks posed and thinking it looks like a snapshot (the latter probably due in part to the editing).

All in all my favorite is 3, I love that its a..*runs off to google because I dont know anything past triptych*..tetraptych xD Learn something new everyday. the DOF in each one is perfect imo. Probably my only minor complaint is that it could be a bit brighter.

Good job everyone :o.

Tight = good. Ask any guy.
I did look it up.
All joking aside, I find this photo very nice.
