Sigma > Tokina
hmmmmm.
the sigma prolly has the more attractive zoom range. the tokina gives you one stop more in aperture ( 2.8 vs 3.5 on the sigma ). I had the tokina 11-16mm. All I can say it´s a rather heavy, bold lens with pretty good build quality. the focus and image quality is decent on wide aperture. if you´re going for landscape photoraphy and things like that, you´ll close your aperture down to like f11 in alot of the cases, so you got the image quality thing covered. Nowadays I find the tokina abit too big and heavy, and too pricey for a crop body ultra wide angle lens. I`m glad I dont have to make this decision anymore.
I guess you´ll be fine with either of them. doesnt really matter all that much. I´d prolly go for the sigma aswell nowadays.
