Hi people,
I have changed my gear. After deciding that I do not want to make money with photography I have decided to keep my 40D and I sold my 16-35 2.8 II and my 100 macro IS.
Now I have a 17-55 2.8 is and a 60 macro. I got the 60 almost for free and it is a superb fun lens, not visible optical difference from the 100 L...
In the end my friend was right, with aps-c sensors it is better to use dedicated lenses, ff lenses are bigger, heavier, more expansive and you do not use all their potential (of course this is not true with tele and super tele lenses).
I was playing at home in low light and these are two examples from the small macro...
Later I will go out and testing the 17-55...
