i have a picture that i took. but the flash was too bright. i think its a good picture but was wondering if its possible to fix the photo?

if any 1 could let me know i would really appriciate it!!!

post the pic here, if it is not too bad it can be fixed to a degree, but most likely only if you shot it in RAW

flash power vs environmental light should be set when taking the pic. you can do some minor adjustments to it later, but there isnt all that much you can do, depends ofc how bright the flash is and how dim the environmental light is. RAW editing is only good if you use adjustment brush(that i think only new photoshop raw has), or make a fake HDR, but that doesent do miracles if the shot is really unevenly exposed
