I'm going to buy the Canon EOS 60D and i'm asking you about your experiences or tips which objective i should buy ?

May i ask why you're wanting the 60D?

I would actually just get a t2i/t3i or just a 50D. If you can fork it.. do the 7D but skip the 60D.

What do you want to take photos of?

get 7D or 50D with nice glass

nothing in the world could ever motivate me to get the Canon EOS 60D. It´s like the biggest canon-flop in the last decade.

Get a 7D, 50D or 550D, depending on your preferences.

The 50D is in the tests also worser in all points, cant take hd movies and is in german amazon more expensive than the 60D oO

What i like with the 60D the Picture Quality is valued with 100/100 Points, also i like the option to take HD Video.
The Canon 60D in Germany would cost about ~840€ (amazon) but in UK i could get it for ~700€ so i was calculating 700€ for the Camera and maybe about 200-300€ for the objective.
So i would be still in my personal limit of 1000€ and i would have a nice Camera !?

Picture quality depends on the lens (80 per cent maybe, correct me if I am wrong). The problem with 60D is that it is more expensive than the 50D but it is far from the 7D in terms of AF system for example. Of course if you want the camera for hobby and to shoot some vacations you can buy the 60D, there is nothing wrong with it. Just compared to a 7D it is not as good. And if you buy a 50D which should be cheaper normally, you will have more money for a better lens.
