I'm shooting an indoor soccer game, and unfortunately, the place isn't heated... And the light sucks.

Here is a sample shot.

70-200 4/f lens.. 1/100th 4/f 1600 ISO

No editing yet, I can improve it a lot, but I'd rather just get better results from the camera..

I can only shoot from this one little opening that is in the Plexiglas surrounding the field. I have up to two strobes at my disposal and stands for them.

The photos don't need to be great, but currently they just suck.. I didn't have my flash last time, this next time I think I'll try just using it on camera with a diffuser.

Any suggestions?

Is there no ceiling? also, if it's an indoor school gym, flash won't help much unless you're bouncing like 200mm power.

It'll work if you rack up the ISO.

He's already at 1600. Although they don't seem to be too far. He was able to shoot that at 112mm.

1600 is pretty bad for my little T2i.. After that it's like jumping off a cliff.

If anything I'm going to try and stay below 800 ISO if I can.

There is a ceiling, that's where the lights are at.

Also, I never said anything about bouncing it.
